Kate White is the Director of The Mediation Group (TMG). She is a Nationally Accredited Mediator, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP), Communication and Conflict Resolution Coach, Primary School teacher and Nutritionist.

Her range of skills, education and expertise led her to establish TMG in 2019. She has a deep passion for creating peace within people and the world. Kate has always been intrigued by human relationships and the power of communication. Her deep care for people and her warm and gentle approach drives her to assist people in all types of personal and professional conflict.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Externship with Dr. Sue Johnson - USA.

Course focus: training in the Emotionally Focused Therapy model which is a structured approach to couples therapy.

Mediation International Intensive Training - USA.

Course focus: developing new ways to build conflict transformation skills such as empathy, honesty, self-connection and restorative circles. Based on the principles of Non-Violent Communication (NVC) and run by International NVC trainer Liv Larsson.

Mindful Communication Course.

Course focus: strategies to reduce the stress associated with interpersonal differences and conflict, creative and effective tools to handle student behaviour issues, learn ways to build stronger relationships, develop skills to create more trust, cooperation and collaboration.
